I've seen your post so i added it again today (it was disconnected since i had some network issues)
The Pro model works fine, im using the following:
Integration: Xiaomi Miio
Homeassistant OS: Home Assistant 2022.11.2 , Supervisor 2022.10.2, Operating System 9.3, Frontend 20221108.0 - latest

If you need to know anything else, just let me know because I'm pretty new to HA and haven't spent much time with it yet.

Anyone having the same issue. Just use Xiaomi Miot Auto custom component from HACS.

Hi I have the same issue, the Air Purifier 4 with the model number mb5 works, but the other one with mb5a is generating the following error:
