Currently the labels and pointcloud look like this:

Investigate that:

the provided coordinate transformation is used when creating the dataset, and it's correct
if it cannot be solved by tf, provide solution to make GT bboxes align with the pointcloud data (e.g. zero out the z coordinate of points)
