Doesn't see MIMLL and Region sequence module implementation

Hi, it seems like the code directly use the region sequence as input and feed the seqtoseq model, doesn't contain the implementation of previous modules. i.e. MIMLL and Region sequence generation modules. Could you provide that part to learn more ? thanks
