Angular package for Tabler Icons

Hi!

I discovered Tabler Icons, and I love them now! This kit is very useful to a lot of developers.
On my side, I'm using Angular for front-end apps, and really missing those icons as a package.
Also, I've created an Angular package that includes all Tabler Icons, in order to be easily implemented into any Angular apps.
