Hello, i don't understand why i have this error when i start the index.html

this is not a step, after making the command 'npm run watch' i start the index.html and I have this error (the style on the page does not work)

Consider checking you have linked the CSS file properly in the index.html. You can confirm this by checking if you have a 404 response for the CSS file in the Network tab in the browser's developer tools.
