Semantic exceptions are extremely important for the integrity of the business logic and domain rules of an application. They help maintain data integrity and provide clear and specific error messages. Currently, the "Handler Exception" class and semantic exceptions are not implemented. Creating this class will allow for centralized exception management, improving the robustness of the API.
