Implement Comment Pagination

In scenarios where a matchup has a large number of comments, loading all these comments can negatively impact performance and user experience. To mitigate this issue, it is recommended to implement pagination, allowing comments to be loaded in parts and giving the user the option to load more as needed. This change requires modifications in both the front-end, such as design and request routes, and the back-end, including adapting routes to accept queries and modifying controller logic.
