Connect the Application with Riot Account after Project Upload

To allow users to prove their proficiency level with a champion and consequently have more weight in evaluations and comment rankings, it is necessary to connect the application account with the Riot account. This will enable the application to verify the player's expertise with a specific champion. The API for this connection is not yet implemented and can only be tested after the project is uploaded and a key request is sent to Riot. Additionally, the interface in the application to perform this connection needs to be developed.
