Fixes:

• The editor failed to open a game saved at the Tower's boardroom, because the game included some fractional coordinates at that point. Now the editor can handle them properly.
• Reordered the Hometown's Forest section on the interface, in order for it to be before Binder's section. Because that's the order the sections happen in-game.
