阿里云需要公网服务的才让用，而且未来也说不准也不让用了。我们可不可以尝试在自己本地搭建自己的私有化服务然后让github推送到自己本地的私有服务器。使用就类似于阿里云本地IP:port/仓库名/镜像这样去拉取。
