Nuki Lock state -undefined

The problem is that the "Nuki Hub" is connected to the "Smart Lock" but does not read any data from it. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

A few days ago, I got the "Nuki Smart Lock 3.0".

• I installed the "Nuki app" on Android. The "Smart Lock" connected and worked—it locks and unlocks the door properly.
• I don’t own a "Nuki Bridge."
• I installed the "Nuki Hub" on an "ESP32S" without any issues.
• The "Nuki Hub" connected to the "Nuki Smart Lock 3.0."
• The "Nuki Hub" connected to my "Home Assistant" via "MQTT."

I’ve performed several resets of the "Nuki Smart Lock 3.0" and multiple restarts of the "ESP32S," but the status remains "undefined."

Today, I reinstalled the "Nuki Hub" on the same "ESP32".
Everything went smoothly, and now the "Nuki Smart Lock" reports and responds without any issues through the "Nuki Hub".
