task 'sonarqube scanner' fails with Not authorized. Please check the properties sonar.login and sonar.password.

Expected Behavior

SonarQube scanner should trigger

Actual Behavior

Getting error - Not authorized. Please check the properties sonar.login and sonar.password.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Using Version task version 0.2
2. Don't see any way to pass log and password to the task.
3. Configured sonar.login & sonar.password in sonar-project.properties within source code repo

Additional Info

Don't see option to use task latest version 0.4 because it needs parameter 'SONAR_ORGANIZATION' but we are running sonarqube on on-prem with version 8.9 so can't use this parameter so only choice is to use task version 0.2.
