Able to tag gems, and give them alternative names.

Such as ngInfintieScroll, tag it as "angular, infinite scroll" (splitted by comma) to be able to see it better.

Or some kind of that, then search will be better based. This would require some user generate data though. But it would make it easier to find similar gems.

Looks at gutentag to see what i'm going with this.
