Need to update readme with proper information including Install option.

Yeah, I'm getting...

[InvalidArgumentException] Could not find package terminus-plugin-project/terminus-s3-sync-plugin with version ~1.

Thanks. This was prematurely added to packagist. The issue is because an initial v1.0.0 release wasn't created. Once that is done this will fix this issue.
