In the docs, we describe the ARMI output file (database):

armi/doc/user/outputs.rst

Line 67 in f04b365

The Database File

But we do not describe the timestep nature of the DB in any great details, and we should do that.

(This came to light in a recent PR that modified the times data are available in the PR.)
