[Bug]: Butterflys in Jars and Book Wings' Strobe when Flapping (See Video)

Bug Description

(see video) When in a jar or looking in the book, butterflies glitch around instead of flapping. This creates a strobe-like effect.

How to Reproduce?

1. Look at any butterfly's entry in The Great Butter Book
2. The butterfly will flap its wings glitchily
3. Place a butterfly in a jar
4. The butterfly will flap its wings glitchily

Expected Behavior

The butterfly would flap at a reasonable speed without looking glitchy
