Iplug finds no plugins

In .vim/pack/ivim/start of my installation of iVim there are 15 plugins listed. When I do iplug list I get 0 plugins found. When I do iplug remove <name> for any installed plugin I get no target plugin found.

This happens only on my iPad. Works fine on iPhone.

That’s it. There’s nothing there.

How do I replace it? Or regenerate it? From the backups? Could I retrieve just this file?

This is a new ipad (ipad air). I have only a few backups.
