Error while running make plot

I am getting the following error while trying to create the cer plot. It renders the eval.log files as 0bytes and throws the error.

However, the lstmeval command works if i run it manually on a single checkpoint.

Does anyone know how I can solve this ?

Please try to reproduce problem with sample data (ocrd-testset.zip) and provide full log (just running make once again after failure does not show original error). Or share you traning data.
