How can i use offical api_id with pure telethon

Hello, you wrote that you have lost interest in the project and will no longer maintain it. So, is there any way to use api_id from official telegram apps on pure telerhon or pure pyrogram without using opentele? If it's possible please give me a sample code how can I try to do this without getting banned
