Why is there no documentation on how to create an actual page (view) in the admin?

I'm new developing with Voyager and have almost completed the video tutorials and read through much of the documentation and I can't find any tutorial or documentation on how to create a view for the admin side of things.

I know how to create a Menu Item, I know how to created BREAD, but I don't know how to create a custom page for the admin side of things much less affect it's layout. Such as putting fields like title and slug horizontally side by side rather than stacked on top of each other.

Am I overlooking this?
