This issue provides a branch for a feasibility study examining the issues of using ODOP components to create a spring calculator.

How should the existing system evolve to better support creating derivative products ?

Create subset of ODOP for a compression spring calculator. This uses our components to create a simple spring calculator similar to ones out on the internet.
