Value field of Info alert when FDCL enabled shows SymbolValue, not constraint value #933

This snippet shows the Alerts associated with extension spring startup. Note that the Value field is showing the SymbolValue (for example, Stress_Initial), not the constraint value (for example Stress_Initial MIN). One might reasonably expect that the value shown would be the one associated with the content of the Name field.

It is possible that this mis-match situation was discussed during the original implementation and after examining implementation difficulty, a decision was made to keep the current behavior. After all, clicking in the Value field brings up the Edit Dependent Variable dialog which shows all the numbers and thus clarifies the situation.
