Update to script to handle "password_deletable_by_viewer"

Thanks you for this script - it works wonderfully. I've updated the script to handle the ability for viewer to delete password before expiry. This feature in pwpush.com is currently implemented incorrectly (it's reversed) so the script is also reversed to make it work, but once fixed, just change $false to $true in line 73.
