tmhUtilities as it's own project

Hi,

Wondering if you'll be up for making tmhUtilities into it's own project. I've checked around and no one seems to have requested this directly, though maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

I've found the utilities helpful, especially the entify method, as this saves me having to handle formatting these myself when outputting tweets.

Hope you can make this into it's own project and happy to help if I can.
