Time period selections are not applied to the CSV export query parameters #61

When attempting to export the transaction history as CSV, after selecting the Start Date and End Date and clicking Download, the resulting file is empty. The query parameters (startDate and endDate) seem to be always "NaN". For example:

https://explorer.thetatoken.org:8443/api/accountTx/history/0xaddresshere?startDate=NaN&endDate=NaN
