PrivWindoze

This is a batch script which gets updated as needed. The primary purpose of it is to remove Microsoft Edge, Edge WebView 2, OneDrive, Bing, Cortana, Recall, Teams, ZuneVideo, ZuneMusic, Copilot, XBox, GameBar, and other bloatware / bundled software from OEM manufacturers such as HP, Dell, and Lenovo. It is provided for free as I believe everyone should be able to experience Windows without their privacy being at risk. Please save all your existing work before beginning the scan because part of what the script does is terminates all non-essential system processes. This includes Windows Explorer. However, it will restart itself when the script is completed.

The script creates a System Restore Point in case there are any problems on your end.

A log of what the tool found is created on the User Desktop. It is entitled ‘PrivWindoze.txt’. Video demonstration Log Example 1 2
