Hey guys,

Quick question, im running a simucube 2 pro with irffb in iracing and when I turn the wheel to its extremity (left and right) it starts shaking very hard.
Any ideas why and how I can fix it?
thanks!

Sounds like you might have too much damping or you have Max Force too high with damping.

Ok I set damping to 0 but no big difference. Could you please tell me on what kind of force I should put the Max force? thanks!

For the Next Gen cars, I run Max Force usually above 45. Sometimes even to 60. The higher the number, the less the force.
In the next update, I will change how the Max Force is implemented so that it makes more sense.

Maybe you've answered this before and if so I apologize, but I'm having to run my max force anywhere from 80-100 before I don't have any clipping. Does the clipping not necessarily matter? I'm having a tough time trying to figure it out. And I suspect I'm not doing something right. Another issue I have is having almost zero ffb with asphalt oval cars and heavy ffb with dirt cars. Sprint cars especially. I've set all the settings exactly the same and there's still a drastic difference.

I never look at clipping. In fact, I don't really want to be close to clipping as that strong of a force will keep you from feeling many of the effects that are more subtle. I know people with CSL-DD drives that are running about 80. With that said, all cars, tracks and wheels make a unique combintation and each will have their own settings. Don't try to keep them all the same. That is why I save the Car/Track pairing in the irffb2022.ini file. Adjust each Car/Track to where it feels correct.
