Night Shift Turns on After Sleep

Difficult to recreate, but sometimes when the computer has been sleeping it will wake back up to Night Shift activated. Happy to run any tests to attempt to aid debugging (on Catalina 10.15.7).

Actually I'm facing same error generally. For example I'm turning on it, computer sleeps, when I wake up my computer and shifty app doesn't activating. But it was active before the computer is going to sleep mode. I think it is forgetting last state after waking up the computer.

Is it possible that developers solve this problem? Thanks.
