Error updating to 10.2.1 socket.on('connect') event not firing #243

Hi i updated to 10.2.1 and the 'connect' event are not firing anymore . I saw there is a fix in 10.2.1 but using this version didn't change the behaviour.

@pabloascarza I unfortunately do not know much about this stuff. Any chance you could provide an example for debugging?
