Permission for notifications isn't prompted again after restoring a system backup

Steps to reproduce

1. Backup using Seedvault (https://github.com/seedvault-app/seedvault) (Google's backup tool might work as well, be aware Seedvault uses D2D mode (emulates device to device transfers) on modern versions)
2. Restore backup on a new profile
3. No notifications from K-9 Mail (permission isn't re-granted when restoring)

Expected behavior

K-9 prompts for the notification permission again.

Actual behavior

K-9 only prompts for the notification permission on initial setup.

I've reported this issue upstream as well to CalyxOS, about permissions not being backed up/restored, as it'd be nice to decrease the possibility of issues like these, but IMO this should be fixed in K-9, Android doesn't allow begging for permissions like this anyway, it just stops after 2 clicks or so.

Note: this is also true for the Contacts permission. I don't have a use for it personally, but notable.
