Project Update

As I continue to enhance my offerings, I am currently facing some challenges with Docker Hub's rate limiting and the limited support for Docker Scout.

Current Limitations:

  • Rate Limiting: My current Docker Hub Free plan allows for only 40 image pulls per hour, which can quickly become a bottleneck as the matrix of Node.js and Chrome versions keeps growing.
  • Docker Scout Support: I currently have only one Scout-enabled repository, limiting my ability to utilize the vulnerability scanning features effectively.

Potential Solution

To overcome these limitations, I am considering upgrading to a Docker Hub Team license. This would provide me with:

  • 100,000 image pulls per month
  • Unlimited Scout-enabled repositories

The Team plan is priced at $16/month, which would greatly enhance my development efforts. I maintain this project in my free time and offer it to the community at no cost.

If you appreciate my work and would like to support the ongoing development, donations are welcome. You can contribute through GitHub Sponsors or feel free to reach out directly for more information.

Thank you for your continued support as I strive to provide better services and features for the community!
