osgEarth equivalent support for mapping & 3D Tiles

Hi,
I'm quite new to osgEarth and I recently found out that it is becoming kinda legacy, since current trend is Vulkan related tools, so I'm trying to decide if I should go with osgEarth or other vulkan related tools like:

• rocky
• vsgEarth
• vsgCs

Apart from being modern, my main constrain is glTF, 3D Tiles and other mapping engine (GIS) support. As I understand, vsgCs is mostly related to Cesium Ion content, rocky and vsgEarth provides mapping/GIS support..

So can I use vsgCs together with rocky or vsgEarth to have an environment similar to osgEarth?
