for Atlys (for GSoC 2020) https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=804350#20 Get the vizzini driver into Linux mainline. It works, tested, just needs the attention of the right person. Find that person.

HDMI2USB doen't do HDMI, only DVI (this needs an issue.)
