[Bug report] rename base16-vim in the About section of the repo

The about section still refers to base16-vim

Expected behavior

Rename to tinted-vim

That's it :) Was just catching up on the repository rename and updating my config, and spotted this.

I guess some extra reference in the README to highlight this repository replaces base16-vim would be helpful too, as I had to click around to make sure this was the same repo as the base16-vim one
