Title, i wanted to use piece_of_cake but i guess it requires cake qdisc , but the only available qdisc for me is fq_codel

This doesn't solve my issue?
Also - SQM will stop working randomly after some time, or whenever i restart the router. Then, i have to manually restart sqm to make it work again.
