  To get content delivery working, you have to configure the Storage (e.g., S3 or Blob).

• Using Custom Storage:
  The Using Custom Storage section specifies:

  Feature Availability
  Custom delivery storages are available in the Business and Enterprise plans. Upgrade your plan to use this feature.

  If you use the self-hosted version, you need to set up the license to use this feature.

This has left me uncertain about whether custom storage is a prerequisite for using content delivery with the free self-hosted version or if the "Single Content Delivery" mentioned on the pricing page allows for CDN configuration without additional requirements.

In free self-hosted version, you can configure the CDN per server in the server configuration file. If you subscribe, you can configure CDNs also per project (custom storage) or have Content Delivery configurations per project.
