How to install Project Configuration Manager?

• In Microsoft Visual Studio ...
  • go to "Tools|Extensions and updates..."
  • select "Online" and search for ProjectConfigurationManager
• Download and install manually
  • go to Visual Studio Galery or GitHub Releases
  • download the binaries
  • double click the file to install
