Command to configurate the timer. The timer is a cooldown for the sorting.

Synatx And Usage

/timer setActive [true/false] : activates or deactivates the timer. Permission for this command: chestcleaner.cmd.timer
/timer setTime [time in seconds] : sets the time of the timer (is not activating the timer!). Permission for this command: chestcleaner.cmd.timer
chestcleaner.timer.noeffect : If a player has that permission then the timer will have no effect on that player.
