Major bug in data sampler fixed

There was a major data sampler issue, which was causing troubles where the tick data were not sampled into the higher times correctly. Resampled data were incomplete, missing some time ranges. This is fixed now.
Reampler has been enhanced with Minute/Day resampling. Further samplers' combination will be added soon.
