Hi there! Yes, the regression tests for TOPAS-nBio are public. Here you can find updated parameter files including pH scaling (Fricke) |

Is pH scaling officially supported with TOPAS-nBio 3.0? Running the example
FrickeIRT.txt
yields a Gvalue of 0 at all time points, and the reactions appear to be defined based on an outdated version of nBio (for instance, there are still Type V reactions which I think have been deprecated). Is there a working example of pH scaling (such as the one used to produce the regression testing results) that can be distributed? I could open a ticket for each issue I encounter but that seems very inefficient!
Many thanks!
Jonah
