Monte Carlo track-structure is for cellular (a few µm length) and sub-cellular scale simulations. Your geometry is too big (~cm). You can follow the approach from these papers to setup your simulation: https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6560/acd6d0, https://doi.org/10.1667/RADE-20-00084.1 |
