Simulation question

Dear sir/madam,

I plan to use the TsIRTCummulative.txt example file to simulate the irradiation of electronic pulses. This file was originally used to simulate proton irradiation. However, some errors happened. The following is the content of my code:

1. The output result will be available only when the electron beam energy is above 5MeV, while when it is below 5MeV, there will be no output . But I hope to obtain the simulation result of 2MeV electrons. How can this be solved?
2. When the NumberOfHistoriesInRun is higher, such as greater than 100, the program will report an error "71056 Bus error: 10". But we hope to change the number of electrons in a large range. Or where should we adjust the charge quantity of a single bunch of pulses?

Monte Carlo track-structure is for cellular (a few µm length) and sub-cellular scale simulations. Your geometry is too big (~cm). You can follow the approach from these papers to setup your simulation: https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6560/acd6d0, https://doi.org/10.1667/RADE-20-00084.1

Thank you for your reply. I have set "world" as a cube with a side length of 10 um and "target" as a cube with a side length of 2.5 um. Electron irradiation of 2 MeV is used. However, at this time, it will lead to no output from the system. The ".phsp" file is blank. I would like to ask how to solve this situation?
In fact, if the incident particles in the example file "TsIRTCummulative.txt" in TOPAS-nBio are changed to electrons (originally protons in this example file), and everything else remains unchanged, such a problem will also occur. Please give me some suggestions. Thank you!
