ChromoSSE: phylogenetic models of chromosome evolution
Implementation of a genetic algorithm to solve the Knapsack problem with a capacity C and a given set of N objects. The genetic fitness function sums up the profits of the objects in the Knapsack.
This repository is about three algoritms, such as strassen matrix, polynomial evaluation and Evolutionary calculation method. And C++ is used to calculate result tested in Ubuntu 18.04, Python and Matlab are used to plot the result.
