The SDK should be able to share a record with another vault

Api: /keyhub/rest/v1/group/{groupid}/vault/record/{recordid}/move
properties (vault_MoveVaultRecord)

group = group_primer
account = account_primer
action = oneof("MOVE", "COPY", "SHARE")
shareDuration = {"seconds" = int64, "nanos" = int64}

On hold, keyhub does not support this for clients:

Error: Clients do not have permission to move/copy/share records from groups
