Griswold 0.075 testing build

This build is 1.8 compatible now! Tested on Spigot 1.8, but should work on anything else.

Should fix the duplication of NPC on server crash or other abnormal behaviour.

This build is EXPERIMENTAL, means it was not tested yet and is available here for testing purposes.

If you notice any new bugs – report them in the Issues.

For Bukkit 1.6.4-1.7.x

• Major code refactoring. Should be slightly more memory-effective.
• This version does not depend on bukkit build version anymore. However, don't try to use it with super-old build.
