Please provide option to accept self signed Dahua certificates. Currently it fails with below error.

DAHUA: Error probing HTTP Auth method for camera abc123
Get "https://192.168.1.2/cgi-bin/configManager.cgi?action=getConfig&name=General": x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
