Broken UI - 500 error when attempting to access explorer panel

1. Which documentation are you referencing?
2. Which OS/system are you running on?
3. Which Ethereum chain, ganache(local), or ropsten(ltestnet)?
4. Is the bug reproducible on https://ropsten.element.transmute.industries/?

Can the bug be repro on https://ropsten.element.transmute.industries/?? Yes and no. YES, the GET to https://ropsten.element.transmute.industries/api/1.0/identifiers/history returns a 500<https://ropsten.element.transmute.industries/api/1.0/identifiers/history%20returns%20a%20500>. NO, the UI does not provide the error pop up, instead provides just a spinny wheel. This issue is reproduced as of today, see: https://ropsten.element.transmute.industries/api/1.0/identifiers/history it yields a 500.
