I was having the same issue. I fixed it by updating node.

The key is in this line:

It gives you a pretty big clue about what to do.

I initially tried to do:

root@Jellyseerr:~# apt update
Hit:1 http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm InRelease
Hit:2 http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm-updates InRelease
Hit:3 http://security.debian.org bookworm-security InRelease
Hit:4 https://deb.nodesource.com/node_18.x nodistro InRelease
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
All packages are up to date.

But it told me everything is up to date. But Hit:4 caught my eye. I visited the link and followed the instructions there:

In your Jellyseerr LXC container, do:

curl -fsSL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_20.x | sudo bash -

And then:

sudo apt-get install -y nodejs
