holes in the pointcloud deliver uncertaincy in window positioning

As the point clouds sometimes don't manage to cover all faces, there is a wall "shared" by the buildings DEBY_LOD3_4959321 and DEBY_LOD3_4959457 in which we can't know the exact positions of the windows. For this reason, the windows are then in uncertain positions and also in a way that they dont lay on the border between the buildings.
