[Feature request] Changes in the rules TLD field

Hello. I wanted to request a change in a TLD field of a rule is set as default to all (" * ") and the textarea field would allow to remove multiple entries at once, instead of that each entry need to removed separatelly (with takes a loot of time and it's annoying)
