Thanks for using Steampipe @j-martin! You can run Steampipe in service mode with Docs: |

For Intellij/DataGrip users you will need to enable all (or at least the ones you care about) in order to actually be able to get proper autocompletion. |

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody figured out how (or if it was possible) to use a different query client/frontend on top of steampipe. The
steampipe query
completion and understanding of the schema are fairly barebone compared to more sophisticated tools. My understanding is that steampipe is using SQLite in the background, but is it a stretch to be able to query steampipe from a different client? Due to the file-centric nature of SQLite, I doubt it is possible though. It seems to be PostgreSQL, so that should make it easier, maybe.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
